Antibiotics For UTI That Should Not Taken By Pregnancy Women

Antibiotics is a common and most effective way on healing uti or Urinary Tract Infection. However, not all types of antibiotics are safe and suitable for someone that suffering from this infection. That why today, i am going to write some useful information about what types of UTI antibiotics that should be avoid or not to be taken especially for the pregnancy women.Now, lets me introduce that types of antibiotics.

Ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin

The first one is called Ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. Pregnancy women strongly advice Do not use this medicine or antibiotics during pregnant, breast-feeding or planning on getting pregnant. This types of uti antibiotics may cause on bad side effect and outweigh any risk to the fetus although there was not enough studies have been done with pregnant women who have taken ciprofloxacin to say that there is no risk to the fetus. 

Nitrofurantoin

This types of UTI antibiotics also should not to be taken especially those for pregnant women, breast-feeding and those for someone that planning for or to get pregnant. If you planning to use or take this antibiotics, you should ask or get an advice from your doctor. Some medicines can harm and cause bad side effect to your baby and fetus (for pregnancy woman). Make sure that you should tell anything about your condition such as you are planning to get pregnant, on breast-feeding and you are in pregnant. You should also tells them other related information about yourself so that they can give the safest and effective uti antibiotics for you.

Sulfamethoxazole with trimethoprim

The uti antibiotics or medicine like Sulfamethixazole with trimethropin medicine are also not suitable and should not be taken for pregnant women, during breast-feeding or a partners that planning to have baby. Some study said that taking this uti antibiotics while pregnant may increased risk of congenital malformations, particularly neural tube defects, cardiovascular abnormalities, urinary tract defects, oral clefts, and club foot. For breast-feeding woman, it may cause the bad effect especially for  below 2 months old baby that ill, premature, jaundice or stressed (risk of bilirubin displacement and kernicterus).

As a conclusion, make sure to take all the medicine that doctor gives to us. Don't stop to take your uti antibiotics even if you feel much more better because the infection may come again and become resistant with the same antibiotics. Please see the doctor to get the right and the best antibiotics especially when you are pregnant, breast-feeding and planning to get pregnant. They are professional and know what is the best medicine or antibiotics that can heal your uti or urinary tract infection. Never get antibiotics for uti by yourself, buying it online or get it from nearest pharmacy.
